21. Are you planning to be on site everyday to let MBI and trades into your home, or would you like to allow us access via key or keyless entry?
22. If you would prefer allowing us access, will the main entry of the project site be secured by a key or keyless lock? If it is a key lock, MBI uses a key lockbox (just as realtors do) for security and to reduce the risk of misplaced keys or delays for trades. If your door already has keyless entry, we will discuss any questions, concerns, and requests about entry during our next conversation. Until then, please specify the type of lock and the code or combination you would like to assign MBI.
23. Are there any special instructions for MBI or trades when entering your home? (ie: a loose stone on the path that might pose a tripping hazard, a lock that turns in a non standard manner to unlock, etc?)
24. Does your home you have an alarm system? Will it be armed while MBI and trades arrive and depart? If so, how do you plan to manage this? Would you like to set up a code for us?
25. Aside from locking up, do you have any requests for MBI and trades upon their exit from your home at the end of a workday? (ie: ensure front windows are closed, turning lights off or leaving them on, etc.)
26. MBI and trades frequently require internet access to work. Please provide your wifi username and password. (Some clients prefer to change the password for the entirety of the project and then change it back after the project is completed.)
27. I’m intentionally focusing on growing the MBI Portfolio to the greatest extent possible. Photography of every project, especially professional photography, helps potential clients see what I can do. Which means it helps me create more amazing spaces and solve more tough problems for homeowners like you. I’d like to know what type of photography you are comfortable with to help me achieve my business goals. Please keep in mind that whatever your comfort level, I never share your address, your family’s first or last names, ages, or any other identifying information you want to remain private. Additionally, no photos, personal items, or rooms unrelated to the project will be presented. I label projects primarily with adjectives, and maybe a city or area name, such as “Historic San Tan Mountain Family Sanctuary” to help ensure your privacy and safety.
